Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days, excluding presale or backordered items.

During high-volume periods — such as holidays, product launches, or special releases — fulfillment may take longer than usual.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you offer expedited or priority shipping?

Yes. Priority Shipping typically arrives within 2 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that standard processing times still apply unless otherwise arranged. Selecting Priority Shipping does not shorten production or fulfillment timelines.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Rates may vary depending on packaging requirements and carrier pricing. Shipping rates are subject to change based on item size, weight, packaging needs, and carrier rates.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our collection — which includes handmade, vintage, limited-edition, and one-of-a-kind pieces — we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@affineatelier.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.

Please note that natural variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to handcrafted and natural materials and are not considered defects.

Do your products have variations?

Yes. Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made from natural materials such as stone, wood, metal, and clay.

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or markings are part of the material's character and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Are your items restocked?

Many of our pieces are offered in limited quantities or are one-of-a-kind. Once an item sells out, we cannot guarantee that it will be restocked.
